Who we are

Why the name Dopamine Chasers?

Dopamine is a is a natural neuromodulator our brain produces (and chases) that makes us feel good.

One way to create this feel-good chemical is through hard work, like a good workout or problem-solving conversations. Here at Dopamine Chasers, we design unique team experiences that create or strengthen our muscles for hard and simultaneously enjoyable conversations that lead to measurable impact.

We invite our clients to engage in (and chase) the positive impact of challenging, rewarding work. The Number 1 feedback our clients share is that working through hard conversation is enjoyable and leads to success!

Who are the Dopamine Chasers?

The name is also an homage to our founder and lead strategist Marina P. Gross who chose the name because she lives with a neurodivergent brain that does not naturally produce enough dopamine. Through lived and professional experience, she has found that engaging in change work is highly rewarding and effective in producing the successes teams desire, with a dose of feel-good dopamine on the side. She did her doctoral training in neuroscience and human learning and is a certified consultant and facilitator who brings her expertise on neurodivergence and human decision-making to this work.
